These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the novolongevity.ai website (“Website”) and any related applications, platforms, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Novo Longevity, LLC (“Novo Longevity,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or notices referenced herein (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

Role of Novo Longevity (No Medical Care Provided)

Novo Longevity operates as a technology and administrative platform that facilitates connections between users and independent, licensed medical professionals and third-party pharmacies. Novo Longevity does not practice medicine or pharmacy, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not dispense medications.

Clinical care for this program is independently provided by Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC. Medication compounding and fulfillment services are independently handled by our partner pharmacy, VialsRx. You acknowledge that no physician-patient relationship is formed with Novo Longevity.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are legally able to form a binding contract and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Services are available in all 50 U.S. states through affiliated medical providers and pharmacy partners operating in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements and telehealth regulations. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically located in a state where Services are available at the time of use.

Account Registration

To access certain Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including health-related information when required for medical consultations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Novo Longevity is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

Medical Consultations and Prescriptions

Licensed medical providers from Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC review user-submitted information to determine whether treatment or prescription medication is clinically appropriate. Prescriptions are not guaranteed. If a prescription is issued, it will be fulfilled and dispensed by VialsRx. Certain medications, formulations, or fulfillment options may vary depending on state-specific pharmacy regulations and dispensing restrictions. Controlled substances will not be prescribed. If a provider determines that treatment is not appropriate, your order may be declined and eligible payments refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Payments and Subscriptions

Some Services may be offered on a subscription basis, while others may be one-time purchases. By providing payment information, you authorize Novo Longevity and its payment processors to charge applicable fees. Subscription fees may include platform access, medical consultations, pharmacy fulfillment, shipping, and applicable taxes. Fees may change if your treatment plan or prescription changes. You may cancel subscriptions through your account prior to the applicable billing cutoff period. Charges already processed for customized prescription orders are non-refundable.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared. By using the Services, you consent to such practices. Certain communications related to your account or Services are considered transactional and may not be opted out of.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services or submit content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, threatening, or violates third-party rights. You may not attempt to interfere with system security, scrape data, or use automated tools without authorization. Novo Longevity reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials on the Website are owned by or licensed to Novo Longevity and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. User-submitted content remains your property; however, you grant Novo Longevity a limited license to use such content to operate and provide the Services.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Novo Longevity may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms, pose legal or security risks, or if Services are discontinued. Certain provisions, including disclaimers and limitations of liability, survive termination.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Novo Longevity disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Novo Longevity is not responsible for the clinical actions, decisions, or medical outcomes provided by independent healthcare professionals or partner pharmacies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novo Longevity shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Novo Longevity’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Novo Longevity in the six months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novo Longevity and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or misuse of information obtained through the platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

Novo Longevity may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
