Novo Longevity, LLC operates strictly as an administrative and technology platform. Novo Longevity is not a licensed pharmacy, does not handle or dispense prescription medications, and does not possess or store physical medical inventory.

All clinical care is provided independently by Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, and all prescription fulfillment and medication compounding services are handled independently by our partner pharmacy, VialsRx.

Because prescription products are individually customized and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy to a specific patient under federal and state regulations, prescription medications cannot legally be returned for reuse or resale. Consequently, all prescription fulfillment sales are final, and Novo Longevity cannot process returns or issue refunds for medications dispensed by our partner pharmacy.

Your patient experience is our top priority. If you believe an error was made in the fulfillment or dispensing of your order, or if you experience an issue with your platform administrative fees, please contact our support team immediately so we can assist in coordinating a resolution with our clinical and pharmacy partners.
